On Day 1 of the Northern Colorado Indian Motorcycle Riders Group Glacier Road Trip, we rode to Thermopolis, WY. We met at Ted’s place in Laporte through Laramie, WY, Medicine Bow and to Casper where we stopped for lunch. Then on to Shoshone, Wyoming were we took a short rest before going on to Thermopolis. There were long stretches of open road from Laramie to Shoshone going through vast prairies. The Wind River Canyon between Shoshone and Thermopolis was the showcase for this day’s ride with the river flowing between the rugged and rocky cliffs.
