We had a bit of a weather adventure for our June dinner ride! With rain in the forecast, we decided to play it safe and trade our bikes for four wheels, meeting up at the Windjammer restaurant instead of riding in.
At the restaurant, it looked like the rain might actually miss us, so we decided to take a gamble and grab a table out on the patio. We were wrong – Mother Nature had other plans! The wind picked up, and the rain started, so we made our way indoors.
Despite the change in plans and the wet weather, it ended up being such a fantastic evening. There is truly no better way to spend a night than laughing and catching up with this great group of friends. Thanks to everyone who made it out. We definitely made the best of it!
