Our post meeting ride to Glen Echo Resort for lunch was a true Colorado classic. Starting our journey from the Dealership, we transitioned from the urban sprawl to the narrow Poudre Canyon. The river was running high and fast with plenty of rafters along the way. The rushing whitewater of the Cache la Poudre River and the canyon walls that rise all around you never grows old. While service at Glen Echo restaurant might not be very quick, they are motorcycle friendly and it is a great spot in the canyon to chill for a while.
