Day 7, we left Alpine for Vernal, UT. We started out with breakfast at the Yankee Doodle. This was a scenic adventure through the American West. The route had a mix of stunning landscapes, including mountain ranges, deserts, and reservoirs. We encountered rain along the way and had to put on rain gear. We arrived at our hotel, Dinosaur Inn, a bit tired after a long day ride.
