Get ready to embark on a mountain adventure filled with sugary cinnamon delights. The day will be filled with stunning mountain scenery and mouth watering treats!
We’ll start by cruising through picturesque landscapes on our way to Glen Haven to the legendary Glen Haven General Store, renowned for its incredibly delicious cinnamon rolls. A gooey pastry bursting with cinnamon flavor is the perfect fuel for a day of adventure.
After indulging in these delightful treats, we’ll hop back on our bikes and climb up to Estes Park, nestled on the edge of Rocky Mountain National Park. Soak in the beauty of the Rockies as we ride, with fresh mountain air filling our lungs and breathtaking vistas unfolding before us. Our ride will take us along the iconic Peak-to-Peak Highway, winding through the heart of the Rockies and offering unparalleled panoramic views before making our way back home.
This approximate 100 mile ride is rated between Level 4-5 (1=easiest, 5=hardest) with plenty of mountainous curves and a few switchbacks. Expect approximately 3 hours of saddle time and an elevation change from 5,000 feet to 9,000 feet.
