Northern Colorado IMRG Chapter Member Glenwood Springs Multi-Nighter This will be an enjoyable 3-day, 2-night Northern Colorado motorcycle road trip where we will experience some stunning scenery and diverse terrain. We will ride on twisting roads with amazing mountain views, and ride through many small towns. Our journey will take us on a 578 mile loop where we begin in Loveland, CO, and ride across the Trail Ridge Rd in Rocky Mountain National Park to Grand Lake/Lake Granby. It is held annually in The Black Hills and in Sturgis, South Dakota for 10 days during the first week of August. It was started by local Indian dealer Pappy Hoel in 1938. Since its beginning, private area businesses throwing events such as races, concerts, and rides have made, and continue to make, the Sturgis Rally what it is today. 2023 will mark the 83rd annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.

Riding along the Poudre Canyon to Walden and then over the Snowy Range is a beautiful ride. We will ascend the Poudre Canyon, which is a narrow, winding canyon with tower cliffs and gradually climb up Cameron Pass where the views are incredible, then descend toward Walden. Northern Colorado IMRG Chapter Meeting (Aug) & Senator's Steakhouse Lunch Ride After our Chapter meeting, we will do a group Chapter ride to the Terry Bison Ranch for lunch at the Senator's Steakhouse. We will ride from the Dealership to the Senator’s restaurant where the ride will end. Ride is approximately 57 miles with a one hour saddle time. This ride is rated a level-2 (1=easiest, 5=hardest) for relatively straight roads, intermediate travel speeds (on Hwy 85), minor city town traffic. 22nd Annual Realities Ride & Rally Realities For Children was incorporated in 1995 and has been funding the unmet needs of Larimer County children who have been abused, neglected or are at-risk. Currently, Realities For Children supports the services of 40 Partner Youth Agencies and represents over 260 Business Members invested in making it their business to make a difference.
