SUMMARY:NoCo IMRG – International Female Ride Day
DESCRIPTION:Northern Colorado IMRG – International Female Ride Day Every year\, on the first Saturday in May\, International Female Ride Day (IFRD) celebrates women motorcycle riders. The day also encourages and empowers other women to get involved in powersports. The NoCo IMRG Chapter will do a group ride in celebration of IFRD. We’ll meet at Doug’s Diner in Mead\, I 25 and HWY 66\, for breakfast at 8:00 a.m. \nRoute Overview: From Mead\, we’ll cruise south along Highway 119\, Foothills Parkway\, then connect to Highway 93 as we make our way toward Golden. From there\, we’ll ride up to the summit of Lookout Mountain for sweeping views of the Front Range and a stop at Buffalo Bill’s Grave. \nEnd Point: We’ll wrap up the ride at the new Ace’s Motorcycles in Frederick. \nRide Details: \n\nDistance: 95 Miles;\n2 hr 34 min saddle time\nSkill Level: Level 3-4 Ride\nFuel Stops As needed\n\nGoing on NoCo IMRG Group Motorcycle Rides

DESCRIPTION:Northern Colorado IMRG Chapter Meeting \nMay 16th (Saturday) Chapter Meeting: 10:00 a.m. at Timberline Church in Fort Collins. \nOur May chapter meeting will be held in the south parking lot at Timberline Church (2908 S Timberline Rd\, Fort Collins).  Our May Chapter meeting will be held outdoors at the Timberline Church.  Be sure to bring a chair for the meeting\, or sit in the saddle of your bike if you prefer. \nImmediately following the Chapter meeting\, Paul Carroll will lead a session focused on the fundamentals. This is a “no judgment” zone designed to help everyone shake off the winter rust. \n\nFocus Areas: Head eyes/turning\, braking technique\, tight turns\, and friction zone mastery.\nWho: All skill levels are welcome! The best way to stay safe on the streets is to practice in the parking lot.\n\nBring a chair for the meeting.  If the weather doesn’t cooperate\, we’ll move the meeting to the dealership and cancel the skills practice.  Keep an eye on your email and our Facebook group for updates.  Let’s get riding! \n

From there\, we’ll head out on a sunset cruise\, wrapping up the ride at CJ’s Patio in Loveland for dinner. It’s the perfect opportunity to catch up with the group and enjoy a beautiful mid-spring evening. \nBut what if it rains? Mother Nature hasn’t quite made up her mind yet about Thursday. If rain is inevitable\, we will skip the ride entirely.
