DESCRIPTION:Northern Colorado IMRG – International Female Ride Day Every year\, on the first Saturday in May\, International Female Ride Day (IFRD) celebrates women motorcycle riders. The day also encourages and empowers other women to get involved in powersports. The NoCo IMRG Chapter will do a group ride in celebration of IFRD. We’ll meet at Doug’s Diner in Mead\, I 25 and HWY 66\, for breakfast at 8:00 a.m. \nRoute Overview: From Mead\, we’ll cruise south along Highway 119\, Foothills Parkway\, then connect to Highway 93 as we make our way toward Golden. From there\, we’ll ride up to the summit of Lookout Mountain for sweeping views of the Front Range and a stop at Buffalo Bill’s Grave. \nEnd Point: We’ll wrap up the ride at the new Ace’s Motorcycles in Frederick. \nRide Details: \n\nDistance: 95 Miles;\n2 hr 34 min saddle time\nSkill Level: Level 3-4 Ride\nFuel Stops As needed\n\nGoing on NoCo IMRG Group Motorcycle Rides

DESCRIPTION:Northern Colorado IMRG Chapter Meeting \nMay 16th (Saturday) Chapter Meeting: 10:00 a.m. at Timberline Church in Fort Collins. \nOur May chapter meeting will be held in the south parking lot at Timberline Church (2908 S Timberline Rd\, Fort Collins).  Our May Chapter meeting will be held outdoors at the Timberline Church.  Be sure to bring a chair for the meeting\, or sit in the saddle of your bike if you prefer.  Immediately following the chapter meeting\, we’ll do a Ride Ready Skills Practice. \n  \nWe’ll guide you through a few basic cone patterns in a controlled setting\, helping you to build up confidence\, and to further prepare for upcoming rides. Think of it as a judgment-free zone where we simply come together to try and improve.  It’s simply about personal growth\, and becoming more a more capable rider. \n  \nBring a chair for the meeting.  If the weather doesn’t cooperate\, we’ll move the meeting to the dealership and cancel the skills practice.  Keep an eye on your email and our Facebook group for updates.  Let’s get riding! \n

DESCRIPTION:Cinnamon Roll Ride to the Glen Haven General Store. \nAfter hangin’ out in Glen Haven\, for those looking for more adventure\, we’ll head to Estes Park and then route our way through Lyons via Hwy 7 (part of the Peak-to-Peak highway). We’ll then traverse the Ute Hwy (66) and end the ride at the Walmart in Longmont. \nThis ride is rated a Level 5 for mountainous riding\, switchbacks\, ride duration\, and higher highway speeds.
