SUMMARY:Lee Hill Ride
DESCRIPTION:Lee Hill Ride\n \nNoCo IMRG chapter members will be riding the Lee Hill route in Boulder County on Sun\, Apr 24th. \nWe will begin the Lee Hill Ride at the Love’s Travel Stop in Berthoud (3800 CO-56\, Berthoud\, CO). Meet-up\ntime is 9:30 a.m. with kick stands up at 9:45 a.m. \nThis ride will take us South West for about 32 mi. where we will turn off on Lefthand Canyon in Altona. After a short ride on Lefthand Canyon\, we will veer off going South on Olde Stage Rd\, and make our way North on Lee Hill back to Lefthand. The ride will loop East back on Lefthand to Hwy 36. We will head North to Lyons for lunch at the Cluck-n-Burger food trailer parked behind the Spirit Hound Distillers (looking at the reviews\, the locals seem to like this road side food shack\, so we will give it a try). This is where we will end the ride. \nThe ride from Love’s Travel to Lyons is 50 miles\, with a 1½ hour ride time. \nThis ride is rated 4 (1=easy – 5=difficult) for curvy mountain riding. DESCRIPTION:NoCo IMRG – Changing of the Year Ride \n\nThis will be the LAST official Chapter ride for 2021\, and the FIRST official Chapter ride for 2022 as we bring in the New Year in the saddles of our motorcycles.\n\n\n\nThis is a great way to leave 2021 behind and appease the motorcycle gods to bring us luck in 2022.\n\n\nWe will be meeting at Loves on I25 in Berthoud at 11:30pm. We will warm up there and then take a short scoot on back roads for our ride. We will be on bikes riding as the year ends and the new year begins. We will monitor temperatures and road conditions if it is needed. This has been a fun time even though it has been cold. DESCRIPTION:NoCo IMRG Chapter Meeting (December) \nFor this Chapter meeting\, the NoCo IMRG will meet at the dealership after the Wreaths Across America ceremony.  Stay tuned for more details. \n  \n** NOTE TIME CHANGE** \nDue to our meetings being moved to Saturday’s after we had done planning of events\, we had to move the time of this meeting to accommodate the Wreaths Across America Event. The Chapter meeting time will be 12:30 pm following that event. We will have a brief meeting to put out any needed items and we will then have our holiday social. We will be having lunch catered in and we will eat and socialize to celebrate friendships\, riding and the joy of the holiday season. We hope you can make it. All paid members are welcome to attend\, and no RSVP is needed. We hope to see you there. \n  \nMEMBERSHIP RENEWALS: At the holiday social\, we will have membership forms for the 2022 NoCo IMRG #2036 chapter year. We would like to renew as many members as we can while you are at the meeting and social. Please plan to fill out your renewal and pay dues by check. Our annual dues are $25.00 per member. Stay current to be part of the planning of events and continue riding with the wonderful people\, along with participating in the skills events and other social activities we do as a chapter. DESCRIPTION:Wreaths Across America \nREMEMBER the Fallen. . . HONOR those who Serve. . . \nThis is a nationwide event to honor and appreciate resting veterans\, which we will participate in locally.  The ceremony being held locally will be at the Grandview Cemetery in Fort Collins.  After the ceremony\, attendees can help lay the donated wreaths. \nPlease consider going to https://wreathsacrossamerica.org/ and choosing your selected cemetery and make a donation. We hope to see some of you there! \nWe will be meeting at Grandview Cemetery (1900 W Mountain Ave) in Fort Collins at 9:45 AM. We will watch the short ceremony and then assist in volunteering to place the donated wreaths.  Following the presentation and placing of the wreaths\, we will then head to the dealership for our members meeting and holiday social.

DESCRIPTION:NoCo IMRG Chapter Progressive Ride \nMany members really enjoy this riding and eating day\, and is definitely a popular ride!  We will meet at the dealership at 9:30 am with KSU at 10:00 am. We have our first stop in Greeley for appetizers.  Then we’re off to Fort Collins for soup and or salad.  Next we’ll go across town still in Fort Collins for the entree\, followed by dessert in Severance.   \nBetween each stop there is a ride and may not be the most direct route from one stop to another. Come prepared with a FULL tank of gas for this trip! Paul and Dawn Carroll are your road officers. This ride is rated a 3-4 (1 being easiest and 5 being most difficult) mainly due to the amount of traffic\, city variants and the number of bikes. DESCRIPTION:NoCo IMRG Chapter Fall Colors Ride \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFall Colors Ride is this Saturday (Sept 25). Plan on meeting at the Fort Collins Indian Motorcycle dealership at 9:00am with a 9:30am KSU. Ride will take us through Estes and down the Peak-to-Peak Hwy\, then East across Lefthand Canyon to Hwy 36. We will take 36 to the 66 (Ute Hwy) East and end the ride at the Conoco near I25. Randall is lead with Mark sweeping.\n\n\n\nThis ride is anticipated to be ~4hrs and ~120mi. The ride is rated at a level 4 (1 easy – 5 hard) with mountain riding and curvy roads. Bring your own brown bag lunch. We will pull off in a stop area off of Brainard Lake Rd.\n\n\n\nLooks like we will have some great weather. Sunny and dry with temperatures reaching the low 70s.
